This monthly Leadership Lab was created in direct response to follow-up requests from practices who completed the Breathe Team Learning course. Many teams asked for continued access, guidance, and real-world insight into how The Breathe Institute actually runs its operations and leadership systems day to day. Breathe Ops Office Hours + Leadership Lab opens that door. This is not a course. It is not theory. It is practical, real-time support designed to help teams operate with clarity, alignment, and sustainability.
Who This is For
This forum is designed specifically for airway-focused, interdisciplinary practices, including:
- Practice owners
- Office managers
- Clinical leads
- Operations and leadership team members
*Participation is available only to practices that have completed a Breathe Team Learning course.
What This Is
Breathe Ops Office Hours + Leadership Lab is a monthly, live, 60-minute session that provides direct access to the operational mindset, systems, and leadership approaches used at The Breathe Institute.
Each session includes:
- Focused leadership and operations guidance
- Behind-the-scenes walkthroughs of real systems and workflows
- Live Q&A driven by participant-submitted questions
*There are no assignments, certifications, or required participation outside the session. The goal is clarity, perspective, and practical application.
What This Is Not
This is not:
- A traditional study club
- A heavy leadership course
- Generic practice management coaching
- Academic or theoretical instruction
*This is real-world practice operations through the lens of airway-centered care.
Why This Exists
The most common follow-up questions we receive are not clinical. They are operational.

- One 60-minute live session per month
- One registration per practice
- Unlimited team members may attend under the same subscription
- Replay available for registered practices

- Full Refund - If a refund request is made at least 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.
- 50% Refund - If a refund request is made between 14 to 29 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- Course Credit - If a refund request is made less than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a credit to use towards another Breathe Course.
- Processing Time - Refunds and credits will be processed within 7-10 business days after a request is approved.
