By registering for this on-demand learning program, I acknowledge that I do so for the sole purposes of furthering my own clinical understanding and confidence related to the protocols for functional frenuloplasty as developed and taught by the Breathe Institute and Dr. Soroush Zaghi. I furthermore understand that participation in this program and any amount of time spent reviewing video content online does not in and of itself constitute the same formal training with Dr. Zaghi or The Breathe Institute that is undertaken through TBI's live-learning and/or mini-residency opportunities. Furthermore I agree not to use any novel content from this or any other TBI program for commercial purposes.

PURPOSE OF USE

I understand that the content, including but not limited to, lecture notes, social media posts, presentation materials, and other educational resources provided by TBI, is intended solely to enhance the care provided by myself and my team and to broaden my personal understanding in the subject area.

RESTRICTION ON REPURPOSING

I agree that I will not repurpose, redistribute, or use any of the provided content for commercial purposes or any other purposes beyond my personal and team's educational use. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of derivative works, training materials, or promotional content based on TBI's intellectual property.

CREDIT AND CITATION

I will provide appropriate credit and citation to TBI when utilizing concepts, methods, graphics, quotes, or information from their materials, acknowledging the source of the original content.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF ACCESS

The rights to access the course materials are exclusive to me and cannot be transferred, distributed or shared with/to unregistered individuals.

PROHIBITION ON RECORDING & REDISTRIBUTION

Recording, capturing, or redistributing TBI's course content, including lectures and multimedia, without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

CONTENT UPDATES

I acknowledge that TBI may periodically update or modify the course content, and my access is subject to these changes.
