90-Minute Live Team Learning Session: This year’s live session moves beyond lecture into an activity- and reflection-based format designed for teams to participate together. Through guided exercises, communication touchpoints, and real-world scenarios, teams will identify opportunities to improve how they communicate, collaborate, and function together.
30-Minute Optional Live Q&A: Stay after the team session for additional discussion, questions, troubleshooting, and practical guidance from the TBI team.
